About Clipperton Island
Clipperton Island is an uninhabited coral atoll in the Eastern Pacific Ocean, named after John Clipperton, a British pirate. Clipperton Island is located South-West of Mexico and has had no permanent inhabitants since 1945, but is still visited on occasion by French Navy patrols and film crews.
Where To Go
There are no conventional tourist trips to Clipperton Island, you will have to go by boat or join an expedition. Clipperton Island has no airstrip, but it is possible to land an Albatross or float plane in the lagoon.

The most popular things to do on Clipperton Island are: visit Clipperton Rock, explore the coconut palm tree groves, discover the two shipwrecks, the Lily Marie and Oco and a the NASA radar site.
