Sudan is located in North Africa on the Red Sea and is bordered by Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, South Sudan, the Central African Republic, Chad and Libya. Sudan is known for its excellent scuba diving, beaches and the Nile River. High season runs from November till April.
